"Corvus biography
Corvus is a band consisting of musicians from Groningen and Utrecht.
Nu metal is dead. We play the music style of the future: STRAKS METAL. This music style results in a mix of groovy metal, funk and hip hop.
We have a very diverse taste of music. As a result we fit a lot of different musical influences into our vocabulary and we’re still exploring our musical boundaries.
We’ve played a lot of gigs during our long existence. Besides being a group of good friends, making music as well, performing is the reason of our existence. The general guideline for our performances is: we enjoy ourselves very much, sometimes to the extreme!
All that has been said may give you the impression we take ourselves, making music together, seriously. Well, we can tell you: we do. Though we have a not to be underestimated difficulty of taking ourselves seriously, this story is from the bottom of our hearts.
